ABOUT ME
I spent waaaaaay too much of my life feeling stuck, trapped, and broken, separated from my power and unable to create the life I wanted. It wasn't until I was in my mid 30's that I was finally able to figure out the simple pieces which would allow me to start breaking free of the self-doubt, shame, and hurt holding me back.
Today my days look very different than the ones I left behind. I went from being homeless and alone to living a life I love with a family I adore. Yet I still remember the pain, frustration and helplessness I once felt, which is why I have created this site and the resources on it. My dream is to empower others who are feeling lost, stuck and alone so they too can shift into a life they adore.
To see the light go on in the eyes of someone who is realizing their potential - perhaps for the first time - and understanding how MUCH power they truly have is beyond magical. Potential unleashed is an incredible thing to behold.
I am truly grateful to be able to engage with what inspires me. Not only through my work, but through the people with whom I spend my time.
